All instructional and meeting space must be reserved through this Classroom and Meeting Space Reservation System. Reservations are accepted via this online system up to twenty-four hours before the class or meeting is to take place. You may also request additional services such as Audio/Visual equipment, setup and teardown through Maintenance and Security personnel, if available.
It is important to recognize that this system is for REQUESTING space, not reserving space. You will receive a confirmation email after a staff member has had an opportunity to review your request. All questions should be directed to the Office of the Registrar at x6549. Contact Lincoln College at x6620 if your meeting is to take place on the weekend.
Only approved users of this system may add and edit meeting space reservations. To create an account, click on Create an Account under the My Account area. Enter the required information and submit your request. A staff member from the Office of the Registrar will review your request for access and establish an account, if appropriate. All individuals requesting new accounts will be notified of the outcome by email.
